6) Compensation: KPC is an ABPAT loc #138 union contractor. Base rate is $30.95 benefits run $5.87 per hour and include basic MSP, extended health care, vision care, dental, short term disability, life insurance, AD&D.

As stated this is base rate. However KPC wants the best and we are offering more than base rate. For those who show above average trade skills enhanced by secondary trade skills such as shrink wrapping, scaffolding, carpentry, mechanical skills, exemplary spray and pump knowledge, KPC will increase base rate by as much as $2.00 per hour.

For those that consistently deliver strong and positive leadership skills, conducive to KPC's "support the team" leadership philosophy, KPC will increase rate by as much as $3.00 per hour plus participation in KPC's project bonus compensation program.

Experienced UHPWJ Project Manager

KPC is seeking an experienced UHPWJ Project Manager with a comprehensive back ground in jetting equipment and project execution.

The right candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience in UHPWJ and a minimum of 5 years experience in project management.

The candidate will lead the expansion of our UHPWJ market, manage all crews required to execute the work, oversee production scheduling of equipment, maintenance and repair works.

This business unit will generate over $4,000,000 in revenue for KPC this year with unlimited upside potential.

The position we are filling is full time, year round. If you are an international candidate, we will work with you to aid in compliance with Canadian labour and immigration regulations so that landed immigrant status can be achieved if desirable.
