Coatings Production Plant

The plant is comprised of two indoor abrasive blasting bays, welding and maintenance area, component prep and hanging area, two paint application areas totaling 2800 SQ FT, and shipping area. Total plant floorspace is 14,000 SQ FT and is situated on 3 acres of land with excellent highway access. Working within a well-defined and structured quality control program, plant personnel are able to move customer components through the system in rapid order with excellent results.

Field Contracting

KPC has over $2,000,000 in coating related assets. Primary contracting equipment consists of a 40,000-PSI Ultra High Water Jetting pump for coating removal and surface preparation. Abrasive blasting equipment includes four blast pots, MST units, air dryers, 20,000-CFM HEPA filtered dust collector, water jacket dust collector, 3,500-CFM centrifugal dust collector, 750-CFM cyclone, King & Bull Dog airless pumps, 1:1 plural component President pump.

KPC has successfully completed field projects as far as Fort St. John in Northern BC to Randell Washington and just about everywhere in between. Management is fully capable and willing to undertake contract work anywhere within the Western Canada and the Pacific North-West.

KPC staff includes, Certified Construction Safety Officer, NACE Certified Inspector, Certified Industrial Coatings Inspectors, SSPC trained coating specialist, 100's of years in combined, on the job, coating expertise in; concrete coating; steel painting, coating and linings; heavy equipment painting; plural component coating application; pipe line coating; lead based paint removal; ultra high water jetting and abrasive media blasting.

KPC Personnel

All company personnel are trained WHMIS, Occupational First Aid, Confined Space Entry, Hazardous Abatement, Lead Abatement and Quality Control. They are dedicated to the finishing industry and apply the extra effort to get the job done well, on time and on budget.
