Aqua-Dyne GA 100 Ultra High Pressure Water Jetting Pump

Ultrahigh-Pressure Water Jetting (UHWJ)

Working within the well-defined standards of SSPC-SP12/NACE No.5, UHWJ is a world wide accepted alternative for surface cleaning and preparation of many substrates.

Using only 2-4 gal. of water per minute, from a standard garden hose, KPC Coatings' GA100 series Ultrahigh-Pressure Water Jetting (UHWJ) pump is a versatile, cost effective and environmentally friendly solution for surface cleaning and painting/coating preparation work.

GA series pumps are the leader in the water energy industry, in design, performance and reliability. The GA design allows the operator to control and hold the water pressure delivery rate within a range of 6,000 to 40,000 PSI. The ease of pressure setting allows KPC operators the advantage of commencing operations at a lower PSI rates and progressing up to maximum allowable performance rates.

KPC's unit is trailer mounted and easily dispatched to meet our customer's needs. The assembly is complete with up to 350 feet of hoses and a Vulcan Rotary Head Spray Gun.
