KPC Coatings' “Foam-Cat” spray application system is a durable working system for 2 component, 1 to1 ratio, fast cure fluids, such as poly-urethanes, poly-ureas, foam, resins and other fast set epoxies.

The system is completely mobile, weather tolerant and a high productivity application technique.

The “Foam-Cat” system consists of 4 major components to provide maximum productivity with quality results:

The system also includes 13500 Watt inline heaters which maintain the fluid at 160 F. Flow from pump to nozzle is via a 65 ft. heated fluid line which maintains the fluid temperature.
