Tread-Safe is a durable, quick and easy solution to prevent against slip fall accidents on Stairs, Ladders, Platforms and Workstations. Tread-Safe is a premium corrosion resistant product providing protection from chemical and impact damage over a wide range of temperatures.
Tread-Safe Composition
Tread-Safe can come with either a FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) substrate or a CRS (Cold Rolled Steel) substrate. Both substrates offer a different set of advantages to aid in avoiding slips.
The FRP solution is made of a densely packed double mat of continuous glass fiber which provides great light weight strength. Because it's a polymer product FRP is able to remain highly corrosion resistant and non-conductive.
CRS stair covers are manufactured with a combination of steel or galvanized substrates and coated with non-slip textures to create a strong and durable product.
